1. Service Description

TapReel is a short-form drama streaming platform operated by TypeTale Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service allows users to browse, watch, and interact with short-form drama series through our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can do so through:

  1. In-app: Navigate to Me > Edit Profile > Delete Account.
  2. Web: Visit https://www.tapreel.tv/account/delete.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained as required by law for security and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Service without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

Our Content

All drama content, graphics, logos, and other materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to TypeTale Technology Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

Your Content

By submitting content to the Service (such as comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • In no event shall TypeTale Technology Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
